These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Starbound Luxe Co. website and travel planning services provided by Stellastarboundjourneys, LLC.

Services

Starbound Luxe Co. provides travel planning consultation and booking services. All bookings are made on your behalf with third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators), each of whom have their own terms and conditions that apply to your bookings.

Planning Fees

Planning fees, where applicable, are nonrefundable once planning work has commenced. Fee structures are disclosed in advance and agreed upon before engagement begins. No fees are applied without your prior consent.

Supplier Terms

By booking through Starbound Luxe Co., you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers, including their cancellation, refund, and modification policies. Starbound Luxe Co. is not responsible for supplier actions, changes, or cancellations beyond our reasonable control.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips. Starbound Luxe Co. is not liable for losses that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stellastarboundjourneys, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our recommendations.
