You start by sharing the details of your trip — destination, dates, who’s traveling, budget, and what kind of experience you’re looking for. Stephanie researches options, presents a curated recommendation, handles all bookings once you approve, and remains your point of contact through the entire experience.
Stephanie has firsthand experience with the Caribbean (Jamaica, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia), Mexico (Cancun, Riviera Maya, Punta Cana), Costa Rica, Hawaii, Europe (France, Italy, Germany, the UK), and cruise itineraries across the Caribbean and European waterways.
Our fee structure is transparent and straightforward. Resort and hotel bookings carry no additional cost to you. Flights carry a $100 management fee per round-trip ticket. For single-destination planning, a nonrefundable planning fee starting at $195 applies.
If your plans change, Stephanie works with you to understand your options — rebooking, modifying dates, canceling where policies allow, or redirecting toward a different destination. She also advises on travel insurance at the time of booking.
Booking online is easy. But knowing which luxury all-inclusive resort or Sandals property matches your style, which cruise cabin gives you the best value, which European hotel is within walking distance of what matters most to you — that takes experience. We also provide access to supplier perks, resort credits, and room upgrades that aren’t available when booking directly.
